Future Station: The 2015 Alberta Biennial of Contemporary Art
I am pleased to have been selected to exhibit in Future Station: The 2015 Alberta Biennial of Contemporary Art, curated by Kristy Trinier. The biennial will be presented from January 24-May 3, 2015 at the Art Gallery of Alberta. Additionally, I am exhibiting an installation in the historic Gibson Block building at 9608 Jasper Avenue in downtown Edmonton. The installation, titled Feeder, is viewable 24 hours a day from street level, January 24- May3. This project has been generously supported by a project grant from the Alberta Foundation for the Arts.

Artist in Residence, Elsewhere Museum, Greensboro, USA
I am excited to work in residence at the Elsewhere Museum in Greensboro, North Carolina, from October 9th to November 6th, 2013, with my brother, Brendan Griebel. During our stay we will be adding to the ever-evolving museum exhibit and re-interpreting objects from the collection for a book project titled Yellow Room. Our work will be formally presented on November 1st at the Elsewhere 2013 Retrospective.

O Cyrus and the Bardo, the limited edition artist book I created with writer Michael Nardone has been acquired by Simon Fraser University Special Collections, the University of Toronto Special Collections, the University of Regina, University of Saskatchewan Special Collections, the University of Manitoba and the University of Calgary.
Thoughts About Death at Äkkigalleria, Finland
I will be participating in an exhibition series titled "Thoughts About Death" at Äkkigalleria in Jyväskylä, Finland, curated by Anna Ruth, opening October 31st. The series presents the work of eleven artists in collaboration with institutions including the Jyväskylä Art Museum and the Museum of Central Finland.
